Welcome to Bidologist.com located in sunny Boca Raton, Florida. We are a licensed real estate service catering predominantly to investment minded clientele. We offer two investment models which utilize conventional means as well as property auctions for our acquisitions. Our models consist of a buy-fix-flip partnership with you OR a buy/ rent/ hold program for a nominal fee, both of which can be tailored to meet your particular criteria. Our team consists of licensed brokers, well seasoned investors and advisory experts with the experience and credibility to navigate through the challenging South Florida real estate market.

BUY- FIX - FLIP

We will partner with you to purchase, remodel and then re-sell homes in anticipation of making a profit. We handle the acquisition expertise, remodel and resale (as well as many other facets of the transaction along the way). The investor is responsible for 100% of the acquisition cost as well as remodel and holding costs. Upon resale of the property, the net profits are shared 50% to Bidologist and 50% to the investor.

BUY- RENT - HOLD

For longer term investors looking to build a portfolio of rental homes OR those investors who are handy and willing to take on their own construction/remodeling/clearing title/resale without our assistance, we offer a flat fee service. With this service, you can acquire properties via our service and upon receipt of the certificate of title, our fee is earned. (The flat fee varies based on the total cost of the property.) There is a minimum $5,000 fee per purchase, and the commission percentage ranges from 3% to 6% of the property acquisition price on a sliding scale based on asset purchase price. For investors purchasing five or more properties per year with us, we offer a volume discount of a flat 3% per property (with a minimum fee of $5,000 for any given purchase). Bidologist also has a referral relationship with some of South Florida’s leading real estate brokers and can provide property management as well as leasing, resale and title services if needed.
